no communication with staff. or mailing the blood work without any comments about what it means or any concerns. very disappointed she did not have time to do a summery of the report.

She even let my husband call in and speak on the speaker phone so we could have his opinion and he could hear her advice, and not have to "be" there with me. Made it very convenient.

I absolutely love Dr Peterson. she's sweet and seems to genuinely care about me and my family. I just sometimes feel the time spent with me is a little rushed. makes it harder to remember everything that I wanted to discuss. But all that aside, she's a wonderful doctor. I travel over 30 minutes just to use her services. She understands me and the things I've gone through and seems to genuinely care. She even cared for my husband and he loves her too.

She came in, I explained my problem, She listened to my heart, chest and back, I laid down, she listened to my stomach, and that's it. said she would schedule a xray of my stomach, left the room and did not return, no follow up, no words of wisdom of what was wrong, NOTHING! I will never go back and see her again.

Recommended her to all my Family. My mom wanted someone closer to her house and has since past away. My brother didn't want a female doctor and my daughter and her Family have doctors at this facility. When Friends ask, I always tell them about this Baylor facility and the helpfulness of this facility.
